Conflicts.

A conflict I chose was when Romeo visited the Capulet's house while being unintentionally invited. Tybalt shows his anger by various means via killing this intruder ect. While this conflict is mostly muligenerational, it could be others too (: . I also noticed that this conflict is easily interpersonal because the two of them are specifically singled out. When the death of Mercutio occurred, it flared the overall fight between the two households. This resulted Romeo getting 'banished' from from Verona only to come back and get in more trouble.
Today we don't deal with things by violence or banishment. we send them to a prison thus ending all harm towards anyone.  Generally we end conflict with a compromise-able solution. I take the knowledge that it is always important to make compromises for a solution. You might end up like romeo and get banished, have a bounty, and ultimately die.
